outdoor fitness & Pool Fitness
Gillian is available for stand up paddleboard training, outdoor fitness adventures, pool fitness, or can be booked for a retreat!
SUP clinics will include water safety, equipment advice, paddle technique, training on and off the water, race starts and finishes, turns, nutrition, and other racing tips!
Outdoor activities can include paddle surfing, SUP Yoga, free diving, SUP interval training, ocean paddling, downwind paddling, surfing, hiking, body surfing, and exploring the outdoors.
Pool Fitness workshops include Float Into Fitness mat yoga and/or fitness. Try an ‘Aqua Warrior’ workshop with exercises on the mat & in the water, combining swimming, underwater kettlebells, breath holds, and treading water!
Available one-on-one (for one session or multiple sessions) or small groups.
Gillian is available for private Paddle Into Fitness or Float Into Fitness Certifications. She has been hired internationally to certify students in the following:
Paddle Into Fitness SUP, SUP Yoga, or SUP Fitness with 25 hrs of Yoga Alliance & 3.9 ACE credentials (PIF Master Trainer, Certified ACE-PT & YA E-RYT)
World Paddle Association Level 1 & 2 (WPA Master Trainer)
Float Into Fitness Pool Yoga & Fitness (Float Into Fitness Master Trainer)
Consulting and Coaching
Starting a SUP business and don't know where to get started? Gillian is available for one-on-one business consulting either in-person or over the phone. Get answers to your questions on insurance, permits, certifications, equipment, partnerships, marketing, pricing, software, and even how to start a brand!
Gillian is also available to get on a coaching call for fitness, training, and nutrition plans. You may need just one call, or a series of calls. We can connect over the phone or video through Skype or FaceTime.
